When we were first introduced to the client and this magnificent property, there was an extensive discussion or the warming nature of knowing that you have arrived “home”. This was the essence of “design build”. The client with very careful considerations from his team, worked diligently on every detail of the build. Drawings were for “reference only” as the house became a living testament of what can be accomplished when great trades work together for a client with a vision. This house stands out as a fine representation of modern cottage right smack in an urban environment.
