Designed by Samy Rio in Arles, France, the Quasar lamp takes its pure, circular form from the brightest star in the galaxy. Cordless and rechargeable, its shade is UV-resistant anodized aluminium (20% recycled) on a recycled-ABS base (25% recycled), built to last. A built-in three-step dimmer switch selects between three colour temperatures (2200K, 3000K, 4000K) and three intensity levels — nine combinations in total — with up to 24 hours of runtime per charge and a 5-hour recharge time. IP54-rated against dust and water spray, Quasar moves easily from indoor rooms to outdoor settings — an office or living room by day, a dinner table by night. Avoid prolonged direct UV exposure. Available in four colours: Grey, Green, Blue and Purple.
