The Luxyled Evo19 Sauna Series brings industrial-grade flexible LED technology to the extreme thermal demands of SPA and wellness environments. Manufactured using a silicone extrusion process that achieves IP67 waterproof integrity while maintaining genuine flex, the Evo19 is engineered for continuous operation in sauna and steam rooms at up to 100°C, and in cold snow and ice rooms down to −13°C. The nonmetallic silicone body prevents uncomfortable surface heat transfer. A 3-step SDCM 1-bin LED specification delivers consistent, dot-free linear output across the full run. PWM dimming enables full brightness control. Four CCT options — 2700K through 5000K — cover warm spa ambience through crisp functional light. Top-Bend orientation; minimum bending diameter 200mm. 50,000-hour L80 rated lifespan, 5-year product warranty.
