Button W

Button W transforms a simple circle of light into an architectural feature. Recessed into plasterboard or concrete, its softly illuminated surface provides discreet orientation lighting while preserving the clean geometry of the wall. The luminaire offers two distinct installation effects. Installed flush, Button W creates a seamless, trimless appearance, integrating the illuminated disc directly into the architecture. Alternatively, the face can project 7 mm from the surface, producing an omnidirectional glow around its perimeter for a more expressive, subtly raised appearance. Its homogeneous PMMA diffuser distributes light evenly across the entire circular surface, eliminating visible LED points and harsh glare. Available in three diameters—55 mm, 99 mm and 190 mm—Button W adapts from discreet residential wayfinding to larger architectural wall compositions. Engineered for interior and exterior use, Button W features IP67 protection and an ETL wet-location listing. Its recessed construction and diffuse optical character make it particularly suitable for corridors, staircases, sheltered entrances, exterior circulation routes and contemporary architectural facades. Operating at 24V DC for North American installations, Button W offers high colour rendering, multiple colour temperatures and 0–10V or DALI dimming through compatible remote power supplies.
