ATRIA X3 R redefines the possibilities of recessed architectural lighting by combining two distinct lighting functions within one precision-engineered Bartenbach reflector. Unlike conventional wallwashers, its asymmetric optical system simultaneously produces a uniform wallwash and a focused 25° downlight beam. Both distributions operate together, delivering vertical and horizontal illumination from a single discreet ceiling fixture. The advanced reflector illuminates walls beginning immediately below the ceiling, extending light down the vertical surface without the pronounced dark zones often associated with conventional wallwashing. At the same time, its dedicated 25° downlight distribution projects useful illumination onto the adjacent floor. Carefully controlled light distribution and longitudinal glare cutoff maintain visual comfort while maximizing the architectural impact of both lighting functions. This combination is particularly compelling in commercial interiors. In retail stores and luxury boutiques, ATRIA X3 R can illuminate perimeter walls, vertical merchandise displays and adjacent customer circulation areas simultaneously. In hotel lobbies, reception areas and large architectural spaces, the same optical principle brings brightness and visual definition to tall walls while providing controlled downlighting below. The result is a more integrated lighting scheme, potentially reducing the number of separate fixtures required and simplifying the visual composition of the ceiling. With 23W and 30W configurations delivering up to 2,440 lumens, ATRIA X3 R is designed for larger spaces and demanding ceiling heights. B-Light provides recommended wallwashing layouts for ceilings up to 7 metres. CRI93 colour rendering, multiple colour temperatures and compatibility with remote dimming systems make it suitable for sophisticated commercial lighting applications. The principal asymmetric wallwasher is complemented by conventional symmetrical 30° and 50° downlight variants, allowing designers to maintain a consistent architectural appearance where different distributions are required. Available in black or white finishes with chrome or black wallwasher reflectors.
